We are looking for an ITIL Senior Process Manager with proven experience in one or more of the following ITIL processes: Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Capacity/Availability Management, Continual Service Improvement.

Location: one of our offices Timisoara, Brasov, Iasi, Bucuresti, or flexibility of Working from Home.
Principal activities
• Execution of the process tasks in adherence with global and local requirements;
• Coordination and management of the process activities across the global factory and with external suppliers to agreed global and local SLAs;
• Escalation of risks and issues to the Regional Process Owner;
• Supporting process reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs);
• Consulting with the Global and Regional Process Owners in ensuring consistent end-to-end application of the process across their account(s);
• Consulting with the Global and Regional Process Owner in identifying and planning for process improvement projects;
• Drives implementation of standard execution process;
• Consulting with the Global and Regional Process Owners in standardization to enable offshore targets;
Experience/Knowledge Essential
  • Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of their process;
  • Minimum 3 years ITIL Operational experience in one or multiple processes like Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Capacity/Availability Management, Continual Service Improvement ;
  • Knowledge of Quality Management processes;
  • ITIL Foundation certified;
  • English language skills - full professional proficiency;
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;
  • Experience/Knowledge Desirable

  • Team player and very good communication abilities;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • High sense of priority, works on multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver the expected results within the agreed timelines;

  • Availability to short/long delegation.
