Job requirements:
You will join the team in charge of the Service management and industrialization for the Worldline offer named Connected Living. Our solution intended for markets.This multi client solution and platform delivers a wide range of digital services for vehicles (assistance, health) and also Home Appliance for international clients and coverage. This solution implements IOT and Machine to Machine connectivity coupled with high performance data processing capacity in order to deliver Business services.Within this team you will be responsible for the software delivery of the platform with goals on industrialization and quality. 
Linux Redhat/CentOS and Windows knowledge:
  • Generic OS knowledge : process, signals, file model, permissions; 
  • Network knowledge and equipment: IP, netmasks, routing, ARP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, etc. 
  • Firewall, IDS, network authentication, web application firewall knowledge.
Nice to have:
  • Virtualization knowledge; 
  • Common Worldline products knowledge : apache ngninx tomcat php java etc.
  • End-user knowledge of desktop PC (MS Windows), MS Office, and browser 
  • SQL language knowledge 
  • Top Ten OWASP
  • Willingness to work and communicate in an international and multi-cultural environment. 
  • Willingness to be on call (in a duty role shared with colleagues) to support systems and business on a 24/7 basis (company-paid mobile phone and home ADSL connection included in package). 
  • Willingness to work from time to time during evenings and weekends. Recommended 
  • Willingness to work on European timezone. 
  • Willingness to move abroad from time to time (may be required for initial training)
  • Associate (2-year) degree equivalent in engineering or computer science. 
  • Bachelor (3-year) degree equivalent in engineering or computer science.

  • Procedure execution : understand and carefully execute a written procedure. 
  • Problem solving : ability to analyse problems, propose solutions, and evaluate them prior to action. 
  • Communication : ability to receive and provide information to other and ensure proper understanding. Can adapt to people with a better/lower understanding of the concept and adjust his technical communications accordingly 
  • Feedback : provide factual and honest feedback on various topics (completed tasks, documentation, procedure understanding, etc.).
  • Feedback : identify and report roadblocks in task execution. 
  • Team work : initiate and manage incoming communication and feedback. Can understand team mission and collaborate to a common objective. 
  • Continuous improvement : ability to analyse facts and propose improvements in process, tools, documentation. 
  • Personal development : Aptitude and motivation for learning. Able and willing to assimilate new technologies and acquire new competencies. 
  • Behaviour : Able to work and keep a positive attitude under stressfull conditions. 
  • Various knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation certification 
  • ITIL principle knowledge : incidents, problems, change, SLAs, etc. 
  • PCI basic understanding.
  • English certification (TOEFL or TOEIC) 
  • English full fluency (verbal and written)
  • French fluency (any level) Optional 
  • German fluency (any level) Optional.
